2015
This is a flat that has a view of the River Plate and where we designed the interior of each and every space as well as colours, textures and some elements of its furniture.
The proposal encompasses: the use of space, its furniture design in dialogue with the existing one; and the colour proposal, materials, textures, lighting, together with placement of an interesting art collection.
Furniture, provided by the owners, was laid out in the living-room resulting in a flexible sub-space that took the different dynamics into account: areas for reading, playing games, meeting with friends, etc. A flexible and minimalistic space with a color touch on the wall with polished micro-concrete, and where a storage piece of furniture, acting as a seat, was designed and wraps up the space.
A fresh and light colour was used in the flat´s internal circulation, devoting a specific art piece to that space that has intense colour touches.
An abstract mural was designed and carried out in the elevator landing, one that tells the family history and in which materials from the interior project are applied.
2017
Comprehensive project for a plastic surgery clinic, which also included developing its corporate image, its communication strategy, furniture and accessories design, and the interior design project.
The colour palette was set in skin and aquamarine water tones. Noble materials, oak wood, bronze and stone were used.
There was a clear focus on details and aesthetic management in every aspect, in synch with the clinic´s image and its business proposition.

2016
Project for office building located in Montevideo promenade, in the Carrasco garden neighborhood.
The client's requirement is to design a constructively simple, contemporary, versatile office building.
The proposal defines a simple prism, with a concrete structure made up of trays on columns achieving a free plan, with a central core of circulations and services; and a glass envelope, or "skin", that gives a corporate aspect while reflecting the environment, seeking to neutralize the contrast with the landscape.
The concrete trays emerge from the "glass skin" generating asymmetries in the facades, they are green balconies that bring the image of the building closer to the environment.
The building proposes the use of renewable energy such as solar panels and rainwater harvesting.

We were asked to design a summer house in the Bella Vista seaside, a spectacular place facing the hills.
The client's premise was: "I want the mountain to get into the house"
We project a house with 2 bedrooms, and a suite, where you can see the hills from all main rooms. Simple shapes, pure lines, with a certain rustic atmosphere, respecting the environment. The construction technology implemented was steel framing, it´s reducing execution times.
The good taste of our clients achieved to create a successful look in the interiors, even they made themselves, the tables and the bathroom furniture.
